GALVABOND™ is produced for applications where corrosion resistance is an important service requirement. It is designed for a wide variety of uses, and Is particularly suited to the following applications:

• Lightweight framing
• Internal and external painted applications
• HVAC ducting
• Pre-engineered metal buildings
• Residential house framing
• Roofing and walling
• Rainwater goods or bended accessories

In all of these applications, the galvanized coating is specified because it provides enhanced corrosion resistance, and thus prolongs the useful life of the manufactured products.

GALVABOND™ is recommended for application in animal confinement facilities and in buildings where steel comes in contact with soil, cement or concrete.

For applications that involve high temperature exposure of the fabricated product such as oven and fireplace parts, galvanized steel sheet should be applied with caution. The service temperatures should not exceed 95˚ C. At 95˚ C. As the coating tends to deteriorate over a long period. GALVABOND™ sheet is designed to provide long service only at moderate temperatures.
