Acid Regeneration Plant
Building a world class steel mill meant ensuring that it is armed for ecological preservation and friendliness. Thus, the plant has incorporated its own Acid Regeneration Plant into the Pickling Line. This allows the plant to regain up to 99% of the used acid and recycle it for use in the pickling process. At the same time, it allows Steelcorp to prevent any toxicity to escape in the environment. |

Waste Water Treatment Plant
The Waste Water Treatment Plant facility utilizes different processes such as filtration, oil filtration, oil seperation, chromium reduction, hydroxide precipitation and coagulation, sludge settlement, PH adjustment and port aeration to ensure that water quality coming out of the plant meets all standard parameters required by DENR. |

Automatic Twin Demineralizer
Steelcorp's Automatic Twin Demineralizer supplies the plant's water requirements at a capacity of 608 liters per unit. It operates fully on an automatic controlled system via an electronic programmable logic controller installed in the main control panel board.
